It’s cold outside. In each of the twenty worlds you will need a shelter, we all want to have our precious items locked up and our characters sleeping with clean sheets. Ok, but why do we need a shelter? First and foremost, they are the perfect tool to create communities and/or alliances, and secondly, they offer you the possibility to safeguard the items obtained among several players.
Details to keep in mind:
· These houses are NOT NFTs
· Houses have a monthly InGame rent
· If you do not have enough money to pay the rent you lose the house and your belongings will be sent to your public deposit to claim them.
· Only the player you have entrusted with the key can enter your home.
· These houses are NOT UPGRADEABLE.
· Houses can be sold and/or rented directly to another player for the price they deem fair.
· The number of houses is limited, meaning it is on a first come first served basis; the first to get one will be the owners.
· The only way to lose a house is by not paying the monthly rent or selling it.
· Possibility of dedicating oneself to the real estate business; buying and selling houses.
· There is a maximum of 1 house per player and 8 houses per account.
The value of houses:
The value is adjusted to the default m2 quantity and depends on the popularity of each city.
Although houses do not possess the same NFT virtue as Lands do, it should be noted that they do possess a certain rarity that increases their collectible value:

Any change or modification of these NFT houses can be accessed through the web and interact with their owners, as well as receive tokens directly and interact with the contract and its benefits directly towards their linked wallet, must confirm the earnings obtained and receive them in the registered wallet.
Any change made to said house will not take immediate effect until the world day on which the NFT house of said owner is located is restarted, this will give a period of time to modify and correct any external interaction.
